How much does it cost?

Our service is free to boat owners; we take our fees from suppliers and because we have good relations with them, they often offer you exclusive deals and discounts which aren't available to other customers so you can be assured that you are getting the best possible rates.

How do I change my password?

You can change your password by logging into your account and visiting the 'My Account' page. If you have forgotten your login details then click on the 'forgotten password' link on the homepage and follow the on screen instructions.

How do I unsubscribe from your mailing list?

You can unsubscribe from our marketing communications by clicking on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of our emails. Alternatively you can email us at unsubscribe@boatcarecompare.com

I have signed up - why can't I create a job?

Once you have signed up with your personal details, our system requires you to create a boat in order to post a job. This is how we link up local suppliers to your vessel's home marina.

Can I get quotes for more than one boat?

Yes once you have an account you can create as many boats as you want. You can then post jobs for each one.

How long does it take to receive quotes?

Our suppliers usually respond within 3 working days, although often sooner - if you are concerned that you haven't received a response then feel free to contact customer services after such time.
